Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn and unused.
- Be in its original condition.
- Include all original tags and packaging.
- Not show signs of washing, alterations, or damage.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Items showing signs of wear.
- Products without original tags.
- Gift cards.
- Final sale items (where stated).
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
If you require a different size or have received a defective item, please contact our Customer Care team before returning your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photographs.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
